Approaching their twentieth anniversary, the Karaoke from Hell band have been providing Portland, Oregon with live karaoke stretching back to its roots in Portland's nineties youth culture. This documentary examines how the band has transformed from a playful art project into a steady job for local musicians that’s become a beloved staple, frequented by regulars that cherish the generous spirit of the band and the rich connection that communal music provides.
